REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for supporting independent music and art. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Digital music downloads

  • PDF sheet music and educational materials

  • Digital bundles or download-only products

 

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be provided.

Physical Products

Physical products include items such as CDs, vinyl records, books, and merchandise.

 

We accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:

 

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The incorrect item was shipped

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of damage or defect (if applicable)

Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless damaged during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Digital products of any kind

  • Download codes once delivered

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective

International Orders

For international shipments:

 

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers

Refunds will not be issued for refused or unclaimed international shipments due to customs fees.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
